What We Do

What We Do

Molecule IP works with biopharma companies, biotechnology firms and platform technology owners seeking to:

Out-license assets or platforms

In-license assets or platforms

About

Our work centres on two complementary activities:

Curated introductions

We identify counterparties with genuine strategic and commercial alignment — spanning early- to late-stage opportunities, individual assets and broader technology platforms, without restriction by therapeutic area.

Coordination of exploratory discussions

Following introduction, we manage the practical and relational aspects of early engagement: aligning stakeholders, ensuring appropriate information is exchanged in sequence, and sustaining productive momentum through the initial exploratory phase.

We do not undertake scientific due diligence, formal valuation, or lead commercial negotiation. Our role is to create high-quality connections and to keep early dialogue structured and efficient.

About Molecule IP

About Molecule IP

Molecule IP was established to raise the quality and efficiency of early-stage partnering in biopharma. We believe durable licensing outcomes begin with well-timed, well-matched introductions and disciplined early dialogue.

Based in Estonia, we work with organisations across the United States, Europe, China and the Middle East.

What Our Clients Say

testimonial-avata

The introductions were well matched and well timed. Rather than a long list of possible counterparties, we were put in front of a small number of parties with a genuine strategic reason to engage, which saved us a considerable amount of time.

Head of Business Development
Clinical-stage biotechnology company, United States

Molecule IP understood the platform properly before approaching anyone. That preparation was evident in the quality of the early conversations and in how quickly discussions moved to substantive questions.

Chief Scientific Officer
Platform technology company, Europe

The coordination of the early dialogue was the most valuable part. Information was exchanged in a sensible sequence and momentum was maintained without either side feeling pressed.

Director of Licensing
Mid-sized pharmaceutical group, Middle East

They withdrew once both parties had confirmed clear interest, exactly as described at the outset. Handing over cleanly to our own team and advisers made the transition into formal negotiation straightforward.
